Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our payment terms are as follows:

• 50% in advance, as a prepayment for booking our services
• Balance 50% to be settled prior to release of finished product.

That said, some projects may require outsourcing additional support services, for which payment(s) may be required in advance.

Costs are project dependant. No two projects would incur the same costs.  Based on your initial inquiry, Recordonsite.com will contact you to identify your requirements.  Based on this and Recordonsite.com’s interest in the project, Recordonsite.com will issue you a quote - without obligation.

Here are some of the factors that Recordonsite.com will consider in its estimation:

• Scope and nature of the project
• Location of work
• Total Work-hours (from capture through post-production)
• Number of Tracks
• Number of Crew required
• Nature, Quality and Duration of the Finished Product(s)
• Ownership of Copyright of the Sound Recording
